Marketplace Disclaimer

1. Technology marketplace only

Findoly operates a technology platform that helps approved service Providers discover potential customer enquiries. Findoly is not the contractor, tradesperson, professional, employer, broker, insurer, guarantor or service performer for work agreed between a Provider and Customer, unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

2. No endorsement or certification

Approval, listing, category matching or display does not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty or recommendation of a Provider. Findoly may perform operational checks but does not guarantee a Provider’s licence, identity, solvency, insurance, staff, availability, workmanship or conduct.

3. No guarantee regarding leads

Findoly does not guarantee that a lead is unique, complete, accurate, reachable, within budget, still active or suitable. A customer may change or withdraw a requirement, contact multiple Providers, hire someone else or decide not to proceed.

Unlocking a lead is access to information, not a purchase of a confirmed job.

4. No guarantee of conversion or revenue

Past lead volume, matching, conversion data, provider outcomes, examples or marketing statements do not guarantee future leads, appointments, sales, revenue, profit or return on investment. Business results depend on factors outside Findoly’s control.

5. Provider due diligence

Providers must independently verify the requirement, location, customer authority, site conditions, risks, pricing and ability to perform. Customers should independently evaluate Providers, quotations, credentials and references. Neither party should rely solely on Platform display.

6. Independent contracts and payments

Quotations, deposits, service payments, cancellations, refunds, warranties and disputes between a Provider and Customer are independent of the Provider’s payment to Findoly. Findoly is not responsible for money exchanged outside the Platform or for enforcing a private service contract.

7. Safety, emergencies and regulated advice

The Platform is not an emergency service. In an immediate risk to life, property or public safety, contact the appropriate emergency or public authority. Findoly does not provide legal, medical, financial, engineering or other regulated professional advice through general marketplace content.

8. Third-party services

Payment, OTP, mapping, messaging and other integrations are operated by third parties and may be unavailable or governed by separate terms. Findoly is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

9. Availability and changes

Marketplace access, lead supply, eligibility, pricing, features and matching may change. Findoly does not guarantee continuous availability or preservation of a particular lead after its expiry, closure, unlock limit or status change.

10. Non-waivable rights

This disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Detailed limitations are stated in the Terms and Conditions.
