Use the email address associated with your Provider account where possible. Include the registered mobile number and a clear subject so the case can be routed correctly.

4. Information that helps us respond

Include relevant dates, order or payment references, lead references, screenshots and a short description of the expected result. Remove OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV and full card numbers. Do not send unnecessary customer personal data.
